heres how I play it, I'm not totally sure on the whole thing so if there are any corrections e-mail them to me, but I think this is right.
most of the chords are arpeggiated, not just played straight, so you have to listen to the album to get that part of it right.

instrumental outro part is all played over an A chord, most of it 
is with palm muting. theres some solo stuff played over it which I 
didnt figure out.
